Visit our Fishguard showroom to view a comprehensive range of multi-fuel and woodburning stoves, gas and electric appliances including components and accessories. Our friendly staff are always on hand to answer questions and share their knowledge. Showroom opening hours are 9am – 4pm Monday – Friday, and Saturday by appointment only. Outside of these hours, we are available for help and advice over the phone, and can arrange meetings at a time to suit you.

We offer FREE home surveys
Easy to book in our showroom, online or over the phone, our free home surveys take up to an hour and investigate the characteristics of your premises and what you wish to achieve. Using this information, we will offer you a solution to suit your needs while ensuring functionality and safety.

We provide a 3 Years Parts & Labour Guarantee
Our personal 3 Year Parts & Labour Guarantee will give you peace of mind that we will be on hand to help when you need us. Further guarantees are provided on many of our products, such as appliances, twin walled flues and flue linings, which go well beyond this period. We provide you with all product guarantees as well as a HETAS Certificate of Compliance to ensure all insurances and registrations are in place for your installation.
We offer an annual Maintenance & Chimney Sweep Service
We want you to enjoy your new installation, and our annual Maintenance & Chimney Sweep Service will ensure you will have many years of cosy and hassle-free use of your new appliance. We are clean and thorough and will issues a certificate of chimney sweeping. As standard we will check all gaskets and seals of the installation and appliance. Annual service plans start from £60 and all aspects of maintenance and refurbishment are available.
We provide professional aftercare and spare parts
Over time your appliance will need replacement parts. These are consumable components that with wear and tear need replacing to ensure the performance and integrity of your appliance is maintained. Sign up for an annual service with us to ensure the proper maintenance of your appliance, or contact us with the details of parts needed. We will help to source, supply and fit these for you.
