Ynni Kamado Products
All Ynni Kamado products will be fulfilled directly by the supplier.
Payment
We accept all credit cards as a form of payment. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from Ynni Kamado, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. If payment has already been taken and your order is cancelled, then we will issue a refund to your method of payment in the amount of the incorrect price.
Shipping
We aim to fulfil all orders of stock we hold within 72 hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Orders requiring stock on back order will be notified of the delivery times.
Shipping Time
Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Free UK Postage
Postage is free to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) for pallet shipments – this includes all Grills. Please note that if you order via free shipping but your address is outside our free shipping terms then you will be contacted and given the option to pay extras charges or have the order cancelled.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that Royal Mail tracking only shows when the parcel has been delivered, no in-transit info is available.
Shipping Rates
These are subject to change without further notice. In such cases the customer will be given the option to pay additional charges or cancel the order.
Back Orders
If an item within your order goes on back order, we may elect ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will normally discuss this option with you at the time of your order.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Returning faulty items
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfilment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Return Process
- Please email info@silverstoves.com to request a refund, clearly stating the reason for your returning item/s.
- Mail your returned item direct to the supplier: To return your product, you should mail your product to our Silver Stoves Showroom, 1 High Street, Fishguard, Pembrokeshire SA65 9AN.
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
- We will email you to confirm receipt and advise what action we are taking as a result within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping & Handling
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We reserve the right not to refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order for non-defective items. We do not pay for return carriage unless agreed in writing beforehand.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@silverstoves.com and send your item to our showroom. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@silverstoves.com.
